The factory is built on a total area of 16,400 sqm with a ready-made freezing line for fruits and vegetables.

The vegetables Preparation & Fruit Freezing Plant operates by 3 main lines:

Vegetable Production

      • Production line for Artichoke (washing, sorting, cutting, mincing, cooking, freezing & packing).
      • Production line for spinach & Molokhia.
      • Production line for other vegetables (peas, carrots, beans, okra, potato, broccoli…etc) (washing, mincing, cooking, packing).

        • Two made-in-Italy production lines of fresh tomatoes.

      Potato Sorting

          • Potato sorting, grading, and filling station.
          • Truck parking and waiting area.
          • Petmos sinks.
          • The plant can accommodate the sorting and handling of other vegetables and fruits for exports.
